Accra:Alexander Kwamena Afenyo-Markin, the Minority Leader, has expressed his belief that the youth of Ghana will offer their support to the New Patriotic Party in the 2028 general elections.
According to Ghana Web, Afenyo-Markin shared his optimism during an event where he was addressing an audience. His comments were based on observations he has made, suggesting that the youth will play a crucial role in the upcoming elections.

He reiterated, "When I say you'll give us a chance, I'm referring to democracy. Listen, I believe that the people of Ghana will give us a chance in 2028. Give the political actors a chance. I'm referring to our democracy. Give democracy a chance in 2028."
