Nante:The Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) successfully rescued two individuals following a collision between a motorbike and a DAF truck in Nante, located within the Kintampo South Municipality of the Bono East Region.
According to Ghana Web, the accident involved a DAF truck with the registration number GT 8046-11. In response, a team of eight firefighters from the Kintampo Fire Station, led by Assistant Divisional Officer Grade II (ADOII) Appiah Gyamfi, was dispatched to the scene.
The rescued individuals were then handed over to the National Ambulance Service for initial medical care and were subsequently transported to the nearest hospital. Details about the victims' identities, their injuries, and the exact cause of the accident have not been disclosed by the fire service.
