Kokofu Criticizes Government for Unfulfilled Promises and Scandals

Accra:A former Chief Executive of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Henry Kokofu, has accused the government of failing to deliver on its promises and warned that voters will remember this at the polls.

According to Ghana Web, Kokofu expressed his criticism on Peace FM's morning show 'Kokrokoo', where he condemned the government's 'resetting agenda' as a failed initiative overshadowed by scandals.

The 'resetting promise' was intended to signify a new direction in policy and governance. However, Kokofu argues that the credibility of this narrative has been undermined by ongoing controversies, leading to a loss of trust in leadership. He emphasized that the government has instead delivered "scandal upon scandal," disappointing the electorate.
