Accra:Egyptian businessman Abdelbaeth Selima has praised Ghana's business environment, describing it as an easy place for foreigners to establish and operate businesses. Having spent nine years in Ghana, Selima noted that the country's peaceful environment, welcoming people, and relatively straightforward business processes have made his experience a positive one.
According to Ghana Web, Selima shared his views in a post on X, highlighting that Ghanaians are generally humble and do not appreciate arrogance. He believes this attitude facilitates interactions and business dealings for foreigners in the country. "Ghanaians are simple people. They don't like arrogance," he stated.
However, Selima encouraged Ghanaians to exercise more patience in their pursuit of wealth, particularly those who wish to achieve success quickly. He remarked, "Some Ghanaians want to be rich the same day that their mother born them. My friend, take your time."
Reflecting on his time in Ghana, Selima expressed a deeper appreciation for the country and its people. He urged both foreigners and local entrepreneurs to approach business with patience and respect.
