Ghana: Ghanaian dancehall artiste Shatta Wale has made a fresh allegation against fellow artiste Stonebwoy, claiming that he once engaged Nigerian musician Patoranking in a physical altercation.
According to Ghana Web, Shatta Wale made the allegation during a TikTok Live session on Friday, September 11, 2026, while commenting on the recent misunderstanding between Stonebwoy and rapper Sarkodie. Shatta Wale stated that Stonebwoy was involved in a confrontation with Patoranking in the presence of music producer Dr Sledge and Jamaican dancehall artiste Popcaan. He further alleged that the incident resulted in a glass table, reportedly worth between $12,000 and $15,000, being broken.
During the live session, Shatta Wale accused Stonebwoy, saying, "You and Patoranking were in a fight and you broke Dr Sledge's $12,000 to $15,000 glass table." He also advised Stonebwoy to apologize to Sarkodie, implying that Sarkodie's previous post wasn't directed at him.
Shatta Wale questioned Stonebwoy's temperament, warning that such confrontational behavior could eventually lead to serious consequences. "People like this, they are temperamental. One day he will wake up and you see, Stonebwoy do something," Shatta Wale added.
His comments came as a reaction to the ongoing online exchanges involving Stonebwoy and Sarkodie. Shatta Wale urged Stonebwoy to keep Sarkodie out of his disagreements, emphasizing his close relationship with the rapper. "I don't want to be your friend. I'm Sarkodie's friend," Shatta Wale declared.
