Accra: Mr Abu K Kansangbata, a former Deputy Upper West Regional Minister, has embarked on a visit to several communities within the Daffiama Bussie Issa District to inspect projects he had previously initiated and to extend support to local residents. During his visit, he made stops in Wogu, Samanbo, Kamahegu, Bussie, Puliba, and Tuori, where he donated medicines and provided financial assistance aimed at enhancing healthcare services in these areas.
According to Ghana News Agency, Mr Kansangbata's initiative is part of his personal commitment to improving the quality of healthcare services and supporting vulnerable communities in the district. A statement released to the agency emphasized the importance of access to essential medicine and healthcare support, particularly in strengthening primary healthcare delivery in rural communities.
Mr Kansangbata expressed his dedication to complementing government efforts by supporting health facilities and communities to enhance the wellbeing of the local population. He pledged to continue serving his community with the resources available to him, aiming to eradicate poverty, disease, and illiteracy.
