DRIP Officials Visit Ketu North MCE to Bolster Road Improvement Efforts

Ketu north: Officials of the District Road Improvement Programme (DRIP), led by the National Coordinator, Mr. Edwin Nii Lantey Vanderpuye, have paid a working visit to Rev Martin Amenaki, Ketu North Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), to discuss measures aimed at improving the implementation of the programme within the municipality. The meeting took place at the Ketu North Municipal Assembly and focused on strategies to enhance collaboration, improve operational efficiency, and boost staff capacity for effective road infrastructure delivery.

According to Ghana News Agency, the delegation included the Volta Regional DRIP Coordinator, Mr. Wogbe Elliot, along with other officials and technical staff of the programme. The discussions centered on operational improvements, coordination among stakeholders, and measures to enhance service delivery under the DRIP initiative in the municipality.

Rev Amenaki expressed appreciation to the delegation for the visit and reaffirmed the Assembly's commitment to working closely with DRIP officials to ensure successful road improvement interventions in the area. He emphasized that the Assembly remained dedicated to supporting the programme to achieve sustainable development outcomes and improve road accessibility for residents in the municipality.
