The world diplomatic federation has honoured mr. atta issah:he World Diplomatic Federation has honoured Mr. Atta Issah, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Member of Parliament (MP) for Sagnarigu, with the National Progress and Human Capital Catalyst award, recognising his outstanding contributions to infrastructure development, education, and youth empowerment. Mr Isaac Rockson, the Superintendent General, World Diplomatic Federation, praised the MP's dedication to sustainable projects, human capital development, and proactive leadership.
According to Ghana News Agency, Mr Rockson stated that Mr Issah's action-oriented approach has been transformative for Sagnarigu, fostering sustainable projects and creating a prosperous future. The award ceremony, held at Parliament House, highlighted Mr Issah's achievements, including his recognition as Northern Regional MP of the Year 2025 due to his visionary approach and integrity.
Mr Rockson further explained that the assessment leading to the award was conducted by the Confederation of Governance Assessment Institute and Bureau of Research on Governance, Commerce, and Administration.
In response to the honour, Mr Issah expressed his gratitude, attributing his successes to divine guidance and the support of his constituency. He acknowledged the courage and dedication instilled in him to serve the people of Sagnarigu with humility, trust, and commitment. Mr Issah also recognized the award as a testament to the efforts of the NDC government under the leadership of President John Dramani Mahama.
