Accra: President John Dramani Mahama is conducting an important dialogue session with Organised Labour at the Jubilee House. This meeting is part of a series of efforts aimed at strengthening engagement with essential stakeholders.
According to Ghana Web, the session convenes representatives from various labour unions, government officials, and policy experts to deliberate on significant issues impacting workers nationwide. The discussions are set to focus on topics such as wage adjustments, working conditions, social protections, and strategies to enhance national productivity.
This initiative is also part of the government's broader strategy to maintain open communication channels with organised labour and build consensus on economic and social policies. Minister of State in charge of Government Communications, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, announced the meeting on Facebook. He highlighted that it follows a recent dialogue with the business community and will be followed by future discussions with civil society organisations.
