Winneba: The National Sports College, Winneba (NSC) has successfully concluded its inaugural Player Agent Training Certificate Programme, held from February 20 to 22. This event marks a significant milestone in sports education as it aims to enhance the skills and professionalism within Ghana's football industry.
According to Ghana News Agency, the programme was led by FIFA-licensed Football Agent Victor Elias Seshie and represents a part of an ambitious series of new educational initiatives introduced by the College in its 2026 academic calendar. Mr. Bawah Fuseini, the Director of the National Sports College, expressed his satisfaction with both the turnout and the calibre of individuals who participated, emphasizing the importance of personal branding in the football industry.
Mr. Fuseini highlighted the vast opportunities in the football agent industry, encouraging participants to focus on building their brand and trust. Victor Elias Seshie also praised the College for organising the training and urged the institution to strive for full university status.
The programme's success underscores the NSC's dedication to enhancing capacity and professionalism within the football sector in Ghana. The training was organised by the NSC's Technical Department, led by Emmanuel Kojo Appiah.
