Asante Gold Bibiani Limited Awards Scholarships to 143 Needy Tertiary Students

Bibiani: The Management of Asante Gold Bibiani Limited has offered scholarship opportunities to 143 brilliant but needy tertiary students through its Educational Financial Assistance Scheme (EFAS). Speaking at a short ceremony at Bibiani, Mr. Johnson Ben Oduro, Chairman of the EFAS, said the scholarship scheme was introduced in 2017, and sought to improve the human capital base of the people within the company's operational area.

Mr. Oduro commended the company for its continuous support in education, urging residents to take advantage of the opportunities provided.

Mr. Emmanuel Frimpong, representing the Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai Municipal Education Director, praised the company for prioritizing education in Bibiani and surrounding areas.
