Accra: The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Krachi East, Mr. Safo Nketia, has reiterated his commitment to prioritizing kindergarten education within the municipality. He emphasized that kindergarten education remains one of his top priorities, underscoring the importance of early childhood education for the community's future. According to Ghana News Agency, the handing over ceremony for the refurbished kindergarten facilities was attended by MCEs and DCEs from neighboring municipalities and districts, including Krachi West, Nkwanta South, Jasikan, Biakoye, Nkwanta North, and Guan. Mr. Nketia highlighted the collaborative effort, stating that the refurbishment was achieved through the use of Internal Generated Fund (IGF), rather than relying solely on government support. The initiative was also praised by Mr. Solomon Atitsogbui, Krachi East's Educational Director, who commended the Municipal Assembly for its efforts in renovating the facility. Mr. Atitsogbui expressed hope for continued development in the education sector within Krachi East and thanked both the MCE and the Member of Parliament, Mr. Nelson Kofi Djabab, for their unwavering support.
