2022 FIFA U-17 WWC: Black Maidens arrive in Dakar to face Senegal

The Black Maidens have arrived in Dakar ahead of the first leg tie in the U-17 World Cup qualifying series.

Ghana’s U-17 side left the shore of Ghana on Wednesday afternoon via Air Cotê D’Ivore.

The Maidens have never failed to make an appearance in the U-17 Women’s World Cup since the competition’s inception in 2008 and are one of the most consistent teams in the world, making the quarter-finals on the last three occasions.
