Hearts of Oak head coach, Samuel Boadu has presented his Coach of the Season Award to club board chairman and majority shareholder of the club, Togbe Afede XIV.
The former Medeama SC gaffer was crowned the winner of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League NASCO Coach of the Season.
Boadu beat of the likes of Prosper Narteh Ogum, Mariano Barreto and Annor Walker for the ultimate.
He was nominated for the top award at the end of a season where he guided Hearts of Oak to win the Ghana Premier League title for the first time in 12 years.
Coming up tops, the coach who started the 2020/2021 season at Medeama SC was crowned the NASCO Coach of the Season at a ceremony at the head office of Electroland.
Today, the coach has visited the office of Hearts of Oak’s board chairman Togbe Afede XIV and has presented the award to him.
He was also joined by Board Member Vincent Sowah Odotei.
