The board of Hearts of Oak have assured supporters that steps are being taken for the appointment of a new head coach.
The club is currently without a head coach and an assistant following the resignations of Kosta Papic and Asare Bediako.
The duo used to occupy the two positions but for personal reasons have this month left the club.
In the midst of the adversity that has hit the club midway through the 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League season, the board has after a meeting on Wednesday indicated that plans are far advance for the appointment of a new head coach.
“The board is therefore taking steps to find a replacement head coach and a goalkeepers’ trainer since he has also resigned,” part of a press release from the board of Hearts of Oak has said today.
Meanwhile, Hearts of Oak have called on former head coach Kosta Papic to come out with the main reason behind his resignation to put an end to ongoing speculations that are giving the club bad press.
