Thomas Partey has jokingly said he is open to become an ambassador for ‘indomie’ instant noddles.
The Ghana international speaking in an interview revealed he spent lots of money buying instant noodles for girls in order to please them.
The 27-year-old further stressed that his irresistible taste for instant noodles also contributed in squandering his money on the food.
Recounting some life experiences growing up, the Arsenal midfield enforcer said, ladies often demand instant noodles from him/guys on their first date.
“That food took all my money!” Partey joked as he recalled the days of eating it in his younger days in an interview with Astro Supersport.
“All the flavours are good. Indomie took all the guys’ money in Ghana. [When] you get a new guy [in the team], they would say, ‘buy me Indomie’. [It’s] everything Indomie [in Ghana].”
“Maybe I can become the ambassador of indomie so that I will get it for free,” he added.
Partey joined the Gunners from Atletico Madrid in October 2020
