The Ghana Premier League champions will be hosted at the Red Bull Arena by the Academy Boys.
Mohammed Alhassan passed a late fitness test to make the squad after an on-the-pitch collapse in the game against Legon Cities.
James Serwonu replaces Nuru Sulley who cannot travel with the team to Sogakope due to malaria
Forwards, Victor Aidoo and Agyenim Boateng also return to the squad after missing out on Matchday 1.
The game has been scheduled to kick off today at 15:00GMT.
