Adaklu waya: United Nations Children Fund (UNICEF), in collaboration with the Volta Regional Department of Community Development and the Adaklu District Assembly, is organizing a two-day training workshop for members of the Adaklu District Child Protection Committee (ADCPC). The workshop is scheduled to take place on June 10th and 11th at Adaklu Waya.
According to Ghana News Agency, the event was announced in an invitation letter signed by Mr. Sylvester Kodzo Ayittey, the District Coordinating Director. The letter, titled 'Invitation to a two-day training workshop on child protection toolkit facilitation,' was sent to ADCPC members, emphasizing the importance of strengthening their knowledge and practical skills in using toolkits for effective child protection response activities.
The letter highlighted that the workshop would provide a platform for participants to share experiences and discuss best practices in addressing child protection issues. It also encouraged all committee members to attend and actively participate in the discussions to maximize the benefits of the training.
