Accra:Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie has expressed his desire to organize a joint concert with fellow artists Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy. Discussing the idea on Onua TV, Sarkodie mentioned he is enthusiastic about realizing this dream, even if it could happen as soon as the next day.
According to Ghana Web, the discussion took place on October 18, 2026, during which Onua Showtime host Nana Ama McBrown suggested the event could be named the 'S Concert.' Sarkodie shared his readiness to make it happen, stating that hosting such a concert with his colleagues is a dream he hopes to fulfill.
Singer and media personality Mimi Andani raised concerns, suggesting that the event could cause significant disruptions across the country, noting the impact of Sarkodie’s solo performances in Kumasi as evidence. Entertainment critic Kwesi Ernest added that to manage the crowd, ticket prices would need to be increased. He also emphasized the necessity for heightened security, estimating that each artist's team would require about 200 security personnel.
Ernest further suggested scheduling breaks between performances to manage the flow, proposing that each artist could return home after their set while the next prepares to perform.
