Kumasi Asante Kotoko is set to open contract talks with Mudasiru Salifu, the local media has reported.
The deputy skipper has been a top target for Tunish giants Espérance Sportive de Tunis.
According to reports, he has been linked with a move to several clubs in Africa and Europe including Espérance who have reportedly expressed keen interest in acquiring the services of the tough-tackling midfelder from Kotoko.
However, the Porcupine Warriors are determined to tire down the midfielder.
He joined Kotoko in 2019 after stints with Tunisian club CS Sfaxien and Tanda FC of Ivory Coast.
Mudasiru is worth €125,000 according to transfermarkt.
The former Cheetah FC product has scored two goals in 22 games for the Porcupine Warriors in the ongoing Ghana Premier League.
