Keta: Barely a day after publicly celebrating what it described as 'divine vindication' following recent controversies in the Volta Regional Football Association (VRFA) Middle League, Keta FC has escalated its concerns with an open letter addressed to Ghana Football Association President, Kurt Okraku.
According to Ghana Web, in a previous statement issued on May 28, 2026, the club claimed attempts had been made to overturn its 3-2 victory over Yingor FC through administrative processes, while also raising concerns about fairness, due process, and alleged bias within the handling of protests and disciplinary matters.
Keta FC further questioned the procedural basis of a reported protest linked to the 2023/2024 Middle League season and alleged that the matter appeared to be receiving unusual administrative attention from some VRFA officials.
The latest open letter from the club's Founder and CEO, Enyonam Apetorgbor, now calls for urgent intervention from the GFA leadership to protect the integrity of football administration in the Volta Region and safeguard confidence in the game.
