Nzulezu:Veteran Nollywood actor and musician Harry B Anyanwu has commended Ghanaian President John Dramani Mahama, describing him as the best leader in Africa due to his effective governance.
According to Ghana Web, Anyanwu expressed his admiration for President Mahama's leadership, urging other African presidents to emulate his example. He emphasized that Mahama is taking initiatives that are expected of African leaders and encouraged others to follow his lead.
The remarks were made while Anyanwu was in Ghana, working on a new movie titled "A Journey to Africa," alongside Ghanaian actor and filmmaker Kwadwo Nkansah, known as LilWin. The film is being shot in Nzulezu, located in Ghana's Western Region, and features a prominent cast from both Ghana and Nigeria.
LilWin mentioned to the Nigerian cast that he would have liked to take them to the Flagstaff House in Accra to meet President Mahama, but the distance was a constraint. However, he assured them of arranging a meeting with the president on their return for the movie's premiere.
The production has attracted several well-known Nollywood stars, including Kanayo O Kanayo, Patience Ozokwo, Mike Ezuruonye, Charles Awurum, Zubby Michael, Destiny Etiko, and Harry Anyanwu, highlighting a significant collaboration between the Ghanaian and Nigerian film industries.
