Accra:Evangelist Nana Agradaa has publicly expressed her support for media personality Serwaa Amihere's recent comments that encourage women to invest in original designer items rather than in numerous counterfeit products.
According to Ghana Web, Agradaa, during a TikTok live session on October 28, 2026, aligned herself with Serwaa Amihere's viewpoint, asserting that it is preferable for women to own a few genuine luxury items rather than to collect several fake ones. Displaying a Michael Kors bag, which she claimed was authentic, Agradaa urged women to prioritize quality and authenticity when purchasing fashion accessories.
Agradaa emphasized the importance of owning original items, stating, "This is called Michael Kors and it’s the original one. Buy good things. As a woman, when you have one original, it’s better than having many bags that are fake. Just buy one original and stop buying many fake ones." She also defended Serwaa Amihere, who she believes is being unfairly criticized for her opinions on the matter.
Furthermore, Agradaa extended her argument to include jewelry, criticizing the trend of wearing multiple imitation accessories instead of investing in a single authentic piece. She remarked, "Some people too will put a lot of fake necklaces on their necks, instead of getting just one original gold necklace."
