Lagos: Popular Nigerian content creator Peller has revealed that most of the dollar bills he received at his recent wedding ceremony with his wife, Jarvis, turned out to be counterfeit. Speaking during a recent livestream, Peller said he took the cash to the bank after the wedding, only to discover that a large portion of it was fake.
According to Ghana Web, while some guests genuinely gifted him real cash, others sprayed him with counterfeit dollar notes. He added that he could easily recognize those who gave him authentic money, saying, 'The people that gave me real money, I know them.' He expressed disappointment over the incident, lamenting that it isn't compulsory for people to spray money on him if they did not want to do it properly.
