Few days ago, after Michy stormed Stonebwoy’s “Ashaiman to the World” event and during her performance, showed the SM symbol, which is described as a “symbol of hope.”
This sweetened Shatta Wale, who was not on the list of artists at the recently concluded concert, to trend at one point.
Shatta, with a joyful heart, quickly took to his Facebook page and appealed to his “Low Tempo” collaborator and baby mama to give him a chance to record another song with her.
Shatta also promises to pay her as well.
But Michy replied that Shatta would cry if she accepted his money.
She is back saying Shatta Wale must be ready to offer her a whopping sum of $150,000 before she would accept the proposal.
On Accra FM’s mid-morning show on Thursday, September 8, monitored by Modernghana News, she said, “oh, I’m ready to do a song with him. He should bring $150,000. The dollar rate is at a good high to do business…I’ve grown up, I understand the business we are doing, if we were able to do ‘Low Tempo’ and get millions of views and I didn’t even put much effort.”
She also demanded a private studio for the recording of the song, not Shatta’s place should the proposed collaboration happen.
“The studio has to be a private place because I cannot take myself into the lion’s den… Safety precautions,” she stated.
Michy also added that her unconscious showing of the “symbol of hope” sign during her performance has broken walls and cleared all feelings of anger.
He explained, “unconsciously, something big has happened, a wall has been broken. Now we should all feel comfortable, I’m sure he thinks I’m angry…I’m happy he understands I bear him no grudge, if we have something to do and it’s about the child and business, I’m ready to engage.”
