For too long, the Guo-Tokuu Pissie and Lissa stretch of this vital roadway has remained impassable, posing grave risks to motorists and pedestrians. The deteriorating condition of the
road not only hindered transportation but also contributed to a worrying spike in accidents, jeopardizing the lives and livelihoods of those who ply the said road.
