EXP Agency, REACH Technologies outdoor report on Millennials

Accra- EXP Agency (EXP), a Pan-African experiential and events firm, in partnership with REACH Technologies, a research firm, on Friday, outdoored a study on Millennials to enable its clients to access inputs in marketing strategies.

The research targeted persons between the ages of 23 and 38 years based in Lagos, Nairobi, and Accra.

The study revealed how REACH transaction informatics platform identifies and elicit input from young Africans in 2019.

This is the first time a study of this accuracy and relevance has been simultaneously conducted, and automated.

Research has shown that this group of people were likely to reach 1.7 billion in 2020 and marketers or brands cannot discount them because they are a huge potential consumer.

Speaking in an interview with GNA, Ms. Lydia Parker, the Business Development Director for EXP Ghana said the event was one of the fourth leadership programs that EXP organizes across Africa and this would not be the last one because they would be doing several more of them.

The Development Director noted that, the event was to research the Millennials and their needs and what influenced their trade habits.

You cannot market to them or engage them in a way that we will be engaging the older sets of consumers, so what we did really is to research milliners and know what is important to them and what influence their buying habits and we have invited Marketing Directors and Managers who have brands that are targeted at the specific demographic, she said.

Ms. Parker said, they see themselves as partners with their clients so they have invited them to share the research free of charge to help them get better marketing strategies.
