Accra: The District Manager of the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) at Ajumako in the Central Region, Mr. Robert Amoh, has emphasized the need for workers to maintain respect and sensitivity towards the issues and needs of their customers. This statement was made during a staff meeting aimed at reinforcing the core values and ethics of the company.

According to Ghana Web, Mr. Amoh highlighted the importance of workers being passionate about their customers by delivering quality service and ensuring reliable and safe power supply. He encouraged professionalism and competence among the staff, referring to these qualities as essential components of a "partnership for high performance."

Furthermore, Mr. Amoh urged workers to value teamwork and safety consciousness, emphasizing the necessity of building trust with consumers through transparency and fulfilling the company's promises. He also mentioned that his office is open to the public for reporting any power supply issues or worker misconduct, encouraging consumers to promptly pay their bills to prevent disconnection.
