The Met Gala witnessed an unconventional fashion statement as American artiste Amala Ratna Zandile Dlamini, famously known as ‘Doja Cat’, turned heads with her towel and bedsheet attire.
The ‘Say So’ singer was nearly naked at what is considered the most prominent event of American fashion, sharing the spotlight with other celebrities such as Kylie Jenner, Naomi Campbell, Cardi B, and Kim Kardashian.
En route to the gala, Doja Cat donned a damp white dress by Vetements but later switched to an ensemble that gave the impression she had just stepped out of the bath, complete with a towel wrapped around her body and hair.
In a distinct look for the photographers, Doja Cat was enshrouded in an oversized bedsheet, giving off the vibe of having just woken up.
For the red carpet, she transformed yet again into a different wet-look white dress, opting to forego a bra and underwear, thus accentuating her figure.
The unexpected continuation of Doja Cat’s bedroom-inspired theme left some fans stunned.
