Appoint a full time and a competent coach – GHALCA implores Ghana FA

The Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA) has charged the leadership of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) to appoint a competent and full-time coach as the new Black Stars coach.

The position of Black Stars head coach has become vacant after the resignation of Otto Addo. The 47-year-old left the role following Ghana’s group-stage exit at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

“We hope a competent full-time coach, will be appointed to mould this young team into a winsome side that can rule Africa and make an evitable impact at the world stage”. GHALCA noted in a press statement released on Monday, December 12, 2022.

Black Stars Technical Advisor, Chris Hughton is highly tipped to be named as the next Ghana Head Coach.
