Takoradi:Apostle John Ashun, General Secretary of Christian Faith Church International, has urged church leaders to focus on effective administration to ensure the smooth operation of their institutions and the achievement of both spiritual and organizational objectives.
According to Ghana News Agency, Apostle Ashun highlighted that sound administrative practices, including planning, organization, coordination, and resource management, are crucial in building a strong church structure that supports effective ministry and sustainable growth.
Apostle Ashun addressed these points during a mega conference in Takoradi, themed 'Effective Church Administration The Bedrock of Successful Ministry.' He explained that administration encompasses the processes and activities necessary to manage an organization, emphasizing the importance of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling resources to meet institutional goals.
He further noted that every organization requires human, financial, and technical resources to achieve its objectives, underscoring the vital role of administration in ensuring the efficient functioning of the church and its various ministries.
