He will also focus on driving new business growth, strengthening relationships with customers and suppliers, and providing regular reports to the board on operational and financial performance.
His extensive background in energy operations, business intelligence, and safety-related disciplines is expected to provide valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities facing modern energy businesses. Mr. Sowah, who has a master's degree in data management and analysis from the University of Ghana, emphasizes safety, accountability, operational discipline, and data-driven decision-making.
