Kojo Bamba’s Absence Raises Questions Among NPP Supporters

Jakarta:Newly elected New Patriotic Party (NPP) national executives, led by Chairman John Boadu, recently visited former President John Agyekum Kufuor. The purpose of the visit was to introduce themselves and seek guidance from the former president.

According to Ghana Web, the visit was highlighted in a Facebook post by the party's 2nd Vice Chairman, Henry Nana Boakye, also known as Nana B. In the post, Nana B explained the intent of the meeting as part of the new leadership's mandate.

However, the absence of the newly elected First Vice Chairman, Kojo Fosu Boadu, known as Kojo 'Bamba', from the visit has sparked curiosity among netizens. This is not the first time he has been absent from significant party meetings, as a similar situation occurred during a visit to the party's presidential candidate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.

Kojo Bamba explained his previous absence by stating he had other important engagements and had informed the leadership, who granted him permission to miss the meeting. Despite this explanation, some party supporters are concerned about his continued absence, speculating that there might be underlying issues within the party leadership.
