According to Ghana Web, the match was held at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence, where Prempeh Elite Academy maintained their unbeaten record. Thomas Asante began the scoring, followed by two goals each from Yusuf Sabits and Michael Brebi, securing a decisive win.
Elsewhere in the tournament, Elite Academy, BIG Boss overcame a deficit to defeat Brong Ahafo 2-1. Bright Ameyaw initially gave Brong Ahafo the lead, but Abotaaba Bernard Ayamdoo and Desmond Ndego responded with goals to seal the victory for BIG Boss.
Greater Accra drew 1-1 with Upper East but eventually won 3-2 in a penalty shootout. Nicholas Yeboah scored early for Greater Accra, and Samson Tamzu equalized for Upper East, pushing the match to penalties.
At the FIFA pitch, Central Region earned their first win with a 2-0 result against Northern Region. Emmanuel Armah and Issaka Mahmoud scored to secure Central Region's victory.
