BoG Governor Asiama Engages with Dormaahene to Strengthen Stakeholder Relations

Dorma ahenkro: The Governor of the Bank of Ghana (BoG), Dr Johnson Pandit Asiama, has paid a courtesy call on the Dormaahene, Osagyefo Oseadeeyo Agyemang Badu II, as part of the central bank's nationwide stakeholder engagements. Dr Asiama was accompanied by the First Deputy Governor, Dr Zakari Mumuni, along with members of the Board of Directors, Senior Management, and staff of the BoG's Sunyani Regional Office during the visit. According to Ghana Web, the engagement is part of the BoG's efforts to strengthen its relationship with key stakeholders across the country. The nationwide engagements are being carried out in regions where the BoG has offices and include courtesy calls on traditional leaders to express gratitude for their support. These meetings also serve as an opportunity for the central bank to engage with traditional authorities and other stakeholders on issues of mutual interest. They aim to deepen collaboration at the regional level, which is crucial for maintaining strong stakeholder relatio ns and promoting monetary and financial stability in Ghana. The visit to the Dormaahene is a testament to the BoG's commitment to fostering these important relationships.
