The Phobians delivered an emphatic performance to seal a top-three finish, while Medeama, who clinched the title last week, would officially be crowned champions in a coronation match scheduled for next week.
According to Ghana News Agency, at the Baba Yara Stadium, Swedru All Blacks stunned Kumasi Asante Kotoko with a 2-1 comeback victory to secure their Premier League status for next season. Kotoko took the lead in the first half through Hubert Gyau, but All Blacks responded strongly after the break, with goals from Rudolf Mensah and Williams Dankwah ensuring a vital win.
The result lifted All Blacks to 45 points, enough to guarantee survival, while Nations FC were relegated despite a 1-0 victory over Karela United, finishing with 44 points. Nations FC join Eleven Wonders in dropping to the Division One League, while Hohoe United, who withdrew from the competition earlier in the season, have been handed a three-season ban.
The highest scoring game of the season happened at the Duns Park when Bibiani Gold Stars thumped already relegated Eleven Wonders 8-3.
