Prophet Badu Kobi Refutes Claims of Being Abandoned by President Mahama

Accra: The Founder of Glorious Wave Church International, Prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi, has dismissed allegations that President John Dramani Mahama and senior members of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) neglected him during challenging times.

According to Ghana Web, in an interview on Okay FM, Prophet Badu Kobi emphasized that President Mahama and certain key figures within the NDC have continued to support him, contrary to public perceptions. He stated that despite some NDC members distancing themselves after gaining positions, individuals like Lordina, Agbodza, Armah Kofi-Buah, Sammy Gyamfi, and Sam George have always stood by him. He refuted claims suggesting that Mahama had severed ties with him, describing them as false.

Prophet Badu Kobi also addressed rumors about selling his church to settle debts, clarifying that his support for President Mahama stems from what he perceives as a divine mission. He explained that his actions are guided by a spiritual commitment rather than political affiliation. The prophet reiterated that he is not a member of the NDC, but his actions are driven by what he believes is God's directive to fulfill the destinies of those he is guided to support. He concluded by reaffirming that President Mahama has never abandoned him.
