Gaspar, visibly impressed by the session, highlighted the importance of passion in coaching, singling out the team's coach for his dedication to teaching, discipline, and organization.
According to Ghana Web, Gaspar expressed his admiration for the level of commitment and organization displayed during the training. He emphasized the significance of passion in coaching and praised the team's coach for his dedication to instilling discipline and structure. "It's a pleasure and an honor to be here. To be a good teacher, you have to be passionate, and there's no question your coach is very passionate in his ability to teach, to give you discipline and structure. So let's give it up for the coach as well," he said.
Focusing on his area of expertise, Gaspar reserved special praise for the goalkeepers and their trainer, applauding the quality and progression of their work during the session. "My specialty is goalkeeping, and I want to congratulate Coach Azaya for his session, the progression, the willingness, the capacity, the capabilities of the goalkeepers. I love the attitude," he noted.
He also emphasized the role of mindset in performance, encouraging players to maintain a positive approach. "Good attitude, good things happen. Bad attitude, not so good things. I'm very impressed with his work," Gaspar added.
The Black Stars goalkeeping coach expressed interest in returning to observe more sessions in the coming days, while rallying the team ahead of their upcoming fixtures.
