2026 Kwahu Business Forum Commences at Kwahu Convention Centre

Mpraeso: The 2026 edition of the Kwahu Business Forum has commenced at the Kwahu Convention Centre in Mpraeso, located in the Eastern Region. The event is a significant gathering that focuses on the theme of 'The Future of Business: The Role of the Financial Sector.'

According to Ghana Web, the forum is the brainchild of President John Dramani Mahama and Chief of Staff, Julius Debrah. It has successfully brought together a variety of stakeholders, including indigenous entrepreneurs, business executives, policymakers, investors, and start-up owners. This gathering aims to foster dialogue and collaboration among key players in Ghana's business community.

The event is attended by notable figures, including President John Dramani Mahama, Chief of Staff Julius Debrah, and the Governor of the Bank of Ghana, Dr. Johnson Pandit Asiama. President Mahama is set to deliver the Guest of Honour address and will tour the exhibition centres, highlighting the importance of the event.

Additionally, selected business leaders from the Kwahu enclave will share their success stories, offering insights to the youth on how to build sustainable businesses. The forum includes masterclasses on various business topics, with the day culminating in a presidential dinner, providing an opportunity for attendees to network and discuss future collaborations.
