2022 World Cup: Ghana needs a proper coach with technical know-how – MP Sam George insists

Ghana’s Member of Parliament (MP) for Ningo Prampram, Sam George has reacted to the defeat to Uruguay at the 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament.

In his view, Ghana head coach Otto Addo should be fired and a new coach with technical know-how appointed to handle the Black Stars.

He also wants the Executives of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) to stop interfering in team selection for the Black Stars.

Ghana went into today’s game against Uruguay in need of just a draw to advance to the Round 16 stage of the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

Unfortunately, Andre Ayew missed a decisive penalty in the 17th minute which could have seen Ghana take the lead against the opponent.

After the defeat to Uruguay, Ghana is packing tonight and should depart Qatar on Saturday, December 3.
