Total Ghana, CFAO Ghana launched the first AutoFast Centre in Ghana

Total Petroleum Ghana PLC which has remained at the forefront of several innovations, largely driven by the dynamic trends of the consuming public has in partnership with the CFAO Ghana Limited launched the first AutoFast centre in Ghana at its service station on the Liberation Road.

The event was graced by The Ambassador of France in Ghana, Madam Anne Sophie AVE, the MD of Total Petroleum Ghana PLC, Eric Fanchini, the CEO of CFAO Group, Mr. Richard Bielle, the MD of CFAO Ghana, Mr. Paulo Fernandes, Total Petroleum Ghana PLC Managers, and dealers saw the unveiling of the car service under the AutoFast brand.

Speaking at the launch, the MD of Total Petroleum Ghana, Mr. Eric Fanchini said that “ the Autofast centre is a flagship station equipped with state-of-the-art facilities including Lube Bay – now an Autofast centre, a washing bay, a restaurant managed by our Ghanaian partner Sesnas, a Bonjour shop”. He indicated that the company is committed to enhancing its customer experience by adding essential services, including a soon-to-be-launched Electric Vehicle (EV) charging system to cater to electric cars.

Commenting at the launch, Mr. Fanchini said “The Auto Fast brand offers a complete car maintenance solution to our cherished customers including report, drainage, filters or new tires when required. It is an important step in our desire to provide convenience and broader professional car care services at our stations for the benefit of our customers. This also expresses our commitment to becoming a brand of choice, close to and creating value for each and every customer.”

He mentioned Total Ghana operates a network of almost 260 stations out of which 26 are solar-powered, 200 lubricant bays, and 190 shops throughout the country with various regional offices in Kumasi, Tamale, Takoradi, and Tarkwa and will always seek ways to develop partnerships with entities like CFAO Ghana to offer the best services to their mutual customers.

On his part, the Country Delegate for the CFAO Group, Mr. Paulo Fernandes, said the partnership between the two companies is intended to ease accessibility to high-quality auto maintenance and services in Ghana.

He indicated that currently, Autofast operates in 7 African countries and looks forward to spreading in Ghana with the planned commissioning of 8 more stations by the end of 2021.
