Hearts of Oak players were welcomed massively to Sogakope on Friday afternoon.
Th Phobians will be hosted by West Africa Football Academy [WAFA] at the Red Bull Arena on Saturday in their final game of the season.
Hearts of Oak will be officially be crowned 2020/21 Ghana Premier League champions after the game.
The Rainbow club ended their 12 years trophy drought following their 1-1 drawn game against Liberty Professionals last weekend at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Their rivals, Asante Kotoko did them a big favour after losing 2-1 to Bechem United at the Nana Gyeabour Park in the matchday 33 games.
Following their arrival at Sogakope, fans of the club ushered them to the town of Sogakope in a grand style.
