A delightful Bright Adjei brace has propelled Aduana Stars to defeat Karela United 2-0 in the Ghana Premier League today.
The team based in Dormaa early this afternoon hosted the team from Anyinase at the Nana Agyemang Badu Park.
In a game serving as a matchday 18 clash of the 2021/22 Ghanaian top-flight league campaign, Aduana Stars dominated the first half and made it count at the break.
Top marksman Bright Adjei opened the scoring for the home team after just five minutes into the first half.
After 12 minutes, the clinical striker was presented with another fine opportunity and made it count.
He scored again with a fine effort to double the lead for Aduana Stars en route to securing a vital 2-0 win against Karela United.
Courtesy of the home win, Aduana Stars have finished matchday 18 of the Ghana Premier League standings in the top four.
