Legon Cities FC striker, Hans Kwofie has set sight on helping the team defeat Asante Kotoko this weekend to enhance their chances of surviving relegation at the end of the season.
The Royal Club after improving on their performances in recent weeks has managed to stay one place away from the relegation zone after matchday 21.
Knowing that a loss could send them back into the red zone, the team based in the capital is determined to pick positive results in their upcoming matches.
Ahead of a tough game against Asante Kotoko, Legon Cities FC striker Hans Kwofie is staying optimistic. The former Ashanti Gold SC forward insists that the game against the Porcupine Warriors is a must-win for his team.
“There is no fear going into the game, the most important thing is that we must be determined and go in for the three points because our position on the table is not good for us as professional players.
“Definitely we are going in tough to win this game massively. We are much concerned about this game than Kotoko because our position isn’t the best and if we should lose we don’t have anything to say. If Kotoko loses they are in a better position. We are winning at all cost,” Hans Kwofie told the media team of Legon Cities FC in a pre-match interview.
The encounter between Legon Cities FC and Asante Kotoko will be played on Saturday, May 1, 2021.
