Ghana forward Samuel Owusu continued his impressive form for Al Feiha on Thursday afternoon as he scored to steer his team to a 2-1 win against Jeddah in the Saudi Division One League.
The explosive winger has been in tremendous form since his arrival in the January window when his loan deal with Ah-Ahli expired.
Today, Samuel Owusu was handed a starting role when his Al Feiha outfit hosted Jeddah at the King Salman Sport City Stadium on matchday 29 of the Saudi Division One League.
In a game where the home team started off on a bright note, the Ghana star opened the scoring in the fourth minute to shoot his team into the lead.
Later in the 32nd minute, Nigerian attacker Tunde Adeniji also equalized to double the lead for Al Feiha before the break.
Although an own goal from Saulio Atara will half the deficit for Jeddah in the 73rd minute, they could not complete a comeback and had to succumb to a narrow defeat at the end of the 90 minutes.
Today’s strike sees Samuel Owusu take his tally to four goals and two assists in 11 appearances for Al Feiha this season.
