Ghana Premier League outfit, Dreams Football Club have announced that they have agreed to a deal for talisman Joseph Esso to join Algerian outfit, MC Alger.
Earlier this month, Modernghana Sports reported that the former Hearts of Oak poster boy was on the brink of securing a transfer to Algeria where he would sign for MC Alger.
Today, Dreams FC in a bid to confirm the report has released a press statement to that effect.
“Dreams Football Club in an official statement has confirmed the departure of striker Joseph Esso.
“Esso joined the Still Believe lads prior to the 2020/2021 Ghana Premier league season and has been phenomenal,” a statement on the Club’s official website said on Monday.
During his short stint at Dreams FC, Joseph Esso netted 11 goals for the side and has established himself as the top hitmen in the Ghana Premier League.
According to the Dawu-based club, the attacker will depart Ghana for Algeria in the coming days.
