Defending champions, Hasaacas Ladies FC beat Ashtown Ladies to set up a final clash meeting with Ampem Darkoa Ladies in the Women’s FA Cup.
The West Africa giants beat Ashtown Ladies 2-0 whilst Ampem Darkoa defeated Army Ladies 2-1 on Monday to progress to the finals.
The two sides, who have been dominant in the FA Cup and the Women’s Premier League (WPL) over the years, would once again take up the task to battle each other with Ampem Darkoa hoping for a comeback after losing to Hasaacas Ladies 2-0 last season.
Coach Yussif Basigi’s side have also been the favorites this season having won every single match this season.
This would be a heavy task on Ampem Darkoa as they hope to break the unbeaten record of Hasaacas Ladies.
The tie between the two sides will determine who wins the 2021/22 of the Women’s FA Cup tournament as Hasaacas Ladies hope to defend the title whiles Stephen Sarkodie’s Ampem Darkoa also search for their first FA Cup trophy.
