Seek divine wisdom for success, leaders urged

Koforidua, Apostle Ebenezer Abebrese, the Koforidua Area Superintendent of the Apostolic Church-Ghana, has called on the leaders of the country to seek divine wisdom and let it guide them in their activities.

He said it is only divine wisdom that would assure success in business or in governance.

Apostle Abebrese was preaching the sermon at the final day of the four-day convention of the Koforidua Area Women’s Movement of the Church at Koforidua.

The convention, which was attended by delegates of the Women’s Movement of the Church from all their branches in the Eastern Region, was organized under the theme All are seeking Jesus.

He said despite the scientific achievements of the time and the high level of information available, many people still do not have hope in the future.

This, he explained, is demonstrated by the high number of people engaging in suicide and suicide attempts with others taking to the use of illicit drugs and urged Christians never to stop praying.

Apostle Abebrese urged Christians to focus on the name Jesus and trust that when they call the name Jesus, in times of challenges, their wants would be fulfilled.
