MTN supports Kwahu Easter with cash and airtime
Abene (E/R) Telecommunications Company, MTN, has presented cash of G4,000.00 and airtime worth G,400.00 in support of the Kwahu Easter festival.
It added to this assorted drinks to be shared among the various divisions of the Kwahu Traditional Council – Mpraeso, Obo, Obomeng and Abene.
Abene, the seat of the Kwahu Omanhene, received the biggest share of the cash – GH5,000.00 and GH500.00 airtime.
Mpreaso, Obo and Obomeng got GH3,000.00 and GH300.00 airtime, each.
MTN has been supporting the festival over the past 11 years and its Senior Manager for South East Business District, David Boadi, said this would continue.
It was determined to be associated with efforts at improving the quality of life of the people through business promotion, education and health development.
The Obomenghene, Nana Effah Pinamang III, said they were grateful to the company for the gesture.
