MTN Ghana fetes valued customers

Accra, MTN Ghana has held its annual Yello Soiree for customers in the Greater Accra Region to appreciate them for their contribution to the company’s success.

The event provided a platform for the top executives of the telecom company to interact with the customers, regulators and policy-makers.

Mrs Jemima Kotei Walsh, the Customer Service Executive of MTN Ghana, thanked the customers for their confidence and trust as well as the unwavering support to MTN.

She also thanked the customers for their loyalty to the brand, saying that thank you all for choosing MTN. It has been a pleasure to serve you.

Mrs Walsh used the occasion to assure them that the telecom service provider would continue to work to improve their customer experience beyond 2017.

The evening was filled with music and a series of activities that saw some lucky guests presented with prizes such as Samsung smartphones, Power Banks and many others.

The event was also used to celebrate the birthdays of the customers.

MTN has instituted various initiatives aimed at creating a distinct customer experience. On Valentine’s Day, walk-in customers who visit any MTN branch across the country received special MTN Branded chocolates, and Special Day celebrations such as Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, Yuletide giveaways and birthday rewards.

MTN Ghana held its Y’ello Soiree for customers in the Eastern and Volta Regions at Akosombo.
